फाईटर टोड्स के निर्माण के बाद उनके दिमाग से ये बात मिटा दी गयी की वो स्वर्णनगरी के प्रतिनिधि हैं और उनको धरती पर भेज दिया गया। उन चारों के दिमाग में ये बात भर दी गई थी कि उनको ग्रीन माम्बा को ढूंढना है जिसकी वजह से स्वर्णनगरी पर मुसीबत आई थी। समय की कमी के कारण टोड्स में सारा ज्ञान नहीं भरा गया था। इसलिए बचकानी हरकतों के साथ उनकी तलाश शुरू होती है। अनजाने में वो अपराध के दुश्मन नागराज और ध्रुव से लड़ पड़ते हैं लेकिन कुछ अनहोनी होने से पहले धनंजय आकर नागराज और ध्रुव को सारी स्थिति समझा देता है और इस तरह से नागराज और ध्रुव बन जाते हैं फाईटर टोड्स के संरक्षक और मार्गदर्शक। इस प्रकार ये तीनों मिलकर ग्रीन माम्बा के अपराध साम्राज्य को खत्म करते हैं। ग्रीन माम्बा को धनंजय वहीं बंदी बनाकर स्वर्णनगरी ले जाता है। फाईटर टोड्स राजापुर को अपना कार्यक्षेत्र बना लेते हैं। वो राजापुर के वाटर में अपना निवास स्थान बना लेते हैं और इस तरह शुरू होता है फाईटर टोड्स का अपराध के उन्मूलन का हँसता-गुदगुदाता रोमांचक सफर।

कहानी का सार:
“गहरी चाल” फाईटर टोड्स की एक रोमांचक शुरुआत की कहानी है। स्वर्णनगरी, जो एक उन्नत और रहस्यमयी नगरी है, वहां चार विशेष मेंढक (Fighter Toads) को तैयार किया गया था। ये मेंढक असल में उस नगरी के प्रतिनिधि थे जिन्हें धरती पर एक विशेष मिशन के लिए भेजा गया।
प्रारंभिक स्थिति:
- स्वर्णनगरी पर संकट का कारण बना ग्रीन माम्बा, एक घातक अपराधी और षड्यंत्रकारी।

- ये टकराव एक गंभीर लड़ाई का रूप लेने ही वाली होती है, तभी धनंजय नामक रहस्यमय पात्र आकर सच्चाई उजागर करता है।
संयुक्त मोर्चा:
- नागराज और ध्रुव को असलियत पता चलने पर वे फाईटर टोड्स के संरक्षक और मार्गदर्शक बन जाते हैं।

After the creation of the Fighter Toads, their memories of being representatives of Swarnnagari were erased, and they were sent to Earth. Instead, their minds were implanted with a single mission — to find Green Mamba, the one responsible for the crisis in Swarnnagari. Due to a shortage of time, they were not fully programmed with all knowledge, which resulted in them behaving in a childish and comical manner as they began their quest.
Unknowingly, they end up clashing with the crime-fighting heroes Nagraj and Dhruva, but before any serious mishap occurs, Dhananjay arrives and explains the entire situation to them. As a result, Nagraj and Dhruva become the mentors and protectors of the Fighter Toads. Together, the three of them destroy Green Mamba’s vast criminal empire. Green Mamba is captured by Dhananjay, who then takes him back to Swarnnagari. The Fighter Toads choose Rajapur as their new area of operation. They make their home in the waters of Rajapur, thus beginning their fun-filled, humorous, and thrilling journey to eliminate crime.
