“चोर सिपाही – डोगा” डोगा की छठी कॉमिक थी, जिसमें इस रहस्यमयी और खतरनाक नायक के किरदार को और विस्तार मिला। डोगा का असली नाम सूरज था — एक ऐसा बच्चा जिसकी किस्मत ने उसके साथ क्रूर मज़ाक किया। बचपन में ही उसके माता-पिता की हत्या कर दी गई, और हत्यारा उसे उठा ले गया। उसने मासूम सूरज के साथ जानवरों जैसा व्यवहार किया, उसे एक कुत्ते की तरह रखा, मारा-पीटा और मानसिक रूप से तोड़ डाला।
कुछ सालों बाद, सूरज डाकू हल्कन सिंह के चंगुल से भागने में सफल रहा। यही उसकी ज़िंदगी का असली मोड़ था। भागने के बाद उसकी मुलाकात तीन भाइयों से हुई — हकीम अली (एक अनुभवी रणनीतिकार), धनिया खान (बॉक्सिंग एक्सपर्ट), और कालीमिर्ची खान (निशानेबाज़)। इनके साथ-साथ अदरक चाचा ने भी उसे इस काबिल बनाया कि वो अपराध के खिलाफ एक हथियार बन सके।
समाज की गंदगी, भ्रष्टाचार और अत्याचार को देखकर सूरज ने डोगा नाम की एक नई पहचान बनाई — एक ऐसा नकाबपोश सतर्क प्रहरी (vigilante) जो न्याय के लिए किसी भी हद तक जा सकता है। डोगा के लिए अपराधी किसी माफ़ी के लायक नहीं होते — उसका मकसद सिर्फ अपराध का खात्मा है।
डोगा के पास कोई जादुई शक्ति नहीं है, लेकिन उसकी एक अनोखी क्षमता है — वह कुत्तों से संवाद कर सकता है, उनसे सूचनाएं हासिल करता है। उसकी असली ताकत उसके शक्तिशाली शरीर, अविश्वसनीय स्टैमिना, और बॉक्सिंग व मार्शल आर्ट्स की गहरी ट्रेनिंग में है।
“Chor Sipahi – Doga” was the sixth comic in which the character of Doga was featured, adding more layers to this dark and mysterious hero. His real name was Suraj, a child whose life was marked by tragedy from the beginning. His parents were murdered when he was just an infant, and the killer took him away. The young Suraj was treated cruelly, raised like an animal — like a dog, both physically and mentally abused.
Years later, Suraj escaped from the grip of dacoit Halkan Singh, and that escape became the turning point of his life. After that, he met three brothers — Hakeem Ali (a tactical expert), Dhania Khan (a boxing pro), and Kalimirchi Khan (a sharpshooter). With their help and the guidance of Adrak Chacha, Suraj was trained to become a weapon against crime.
Having witnessed the horrors, injustice, and corruption of society from a young age, Suraj adopted the masked identity of Doga — a ruthless vigilante who doesn’t wait for the system, but takes justice into his own hands. For Doga, criminals don’t deserve mercy — only punishment.
Unlike other superheroes, Doga has no supernatural powers, but he has a unique skill — he can communicate with dogs, using them to gather intelligence. His true strength lies in his incredible physical power, endurance, and expert training in martial arts and boxing.
